What is the minimum order quantity?
Most tools have a MOQ of 1 piece. Small consumables such as screwdrivers, glue and batteries are sold in packs of 10 or more. The MOQ is shown on each product page.
How long does shipping take?
Express air shipping takes 5-9 business days, economy shipping 12-20 business days and sea freight 25-40 days. Orders leave our Shenzhen warehouse within 48 hours after payment.
Which payment methods do you accept?
T/T bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, Western Union and credit card. Bulk orders above $3,000 can be paid with a 30% deposit and the balance before shipment.
Do the parts come with a warranty?
All products carry a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects. Screens and batteries are covered by dead-on-arrival replacement within 30 days.
